TO REGISTER
To celebrate 200 years of photography, Museo Camera invites corporate teams to take part in a unique fundraising quiz built around the power of images.
This is not a narrow, curricular quiz only for photography specialists. It is a picture-led quiz for everyone who enjoys observing, connecting, recognising and decoding the world through visual clues.
Every question, clue or connection will begin with an image — a photograph, a face, a frame, a film still, a news image, a brand visual, a sporting moment, a scientific picture, a travel memory, an artwork, a city, an object, or a moment from everyday life.
The history of photography will be part of the experience, but the quiz will travel far beyond it — into culture, cinema, sport, science, advertising, politics, fashion, travel, brands, art, public memory and human stories.
Join us in commemorating 200 years of photography and the image as one of the great languages of modern life.
Participants do not need to be experts in photographic history. They only need curiosity, observation, lateral thinking and the ability to read pictures.
Foster sharp thinking, collaboration, recall and competitive spirit in a unique cultural setting.
Your participation is a direct contribution to Museo Camera and its mission of preserving, interpreting and sharing photographic heritage.
A prestigious corporate event featuring the iconic Quiz Master, Siddhartha Basu.
Total prizes worth INR 10,00,000 await the sharpest and most observant teams in the corporate world.
Museo Camera is India’s largest crowdfunded museum and centre for the photographic arts — a testament to the profound impact of photography on human history and culture.
The museum began in the basement of Founder-Director Aditya Arya’s home in 2009 as his private collection and shifted to a public museum in 2019, spread across 18,000 square feet in the heart of Gurugram.
Housing an unparalleled collection of cameras, historic photographic equipment and iconic images, Museo Camera is dedicated to preserving, educating and inspiring through the captivating world of photography.
Our mission is to trace photography’s journey from its earliest inventions to its profound role in shaping contemporary visual culture, making it accessible and engaging for all.
“Quiz at Museo” is a lively, visual, corporate quiz that celebrates 200 years of photography by exploring how images shape the world around us.
It is not designed as a textbook test on photographic history alone. Instead, it uses photographs and visual clues as gateways into a much wider world.
Expect questions inspired by:Photography began as a technological invention, but it has become an everyday language. We document through pictures. We remember through pictures. We communicate, persuade, analyse, celebrate and share through pictures. In a world where almost everyone captures and circulates images, revisiting 200 years of photography allows us to understand not only the medium’s history, but also its continuing role in how we see, think and communicate. Set within the rich interpretive context of Museo Camera, the quiz reflects the museum’s larger vision of learning through objects, images and visual narratives.
We are seeking smart, savvy teams of 4 each, who will play off in a fun round to be among the 5 teams vying for top honours as grand finalists.
This event is both a celebration of photography and a participatory fundraising initiative to help Museo Camera continue its mission of preserving and promoting photographic heritage.
Your organisation’s participation helps sustain a unique private-public cultural institution and supports public access to visual history, archives, exhibitions and learning.
Gather four members from your organisation who are ready for a visual and intellectual challenge.

Not at all. While the quiz celebrates 200 years of photography, it is designed for curious and observant participants rather than photography specialists. Questions may draw upon photography, cinema, sport, science, travel, brands, current affairs, popular culture, history and everyday visual experiences. Success depends more on observation, connection-making and teamwork than specialist knowledge.
Every question begins with an image. These may include iconic photographs, historical moments, people, places, brands, advertisements, film stills, sporting events, scientific discoveries, artworks, objects, maps, architectural landmarks and visual clues drawn from everyday life. The quiz uses photography as a gateway to exploring the wider world.
